WHERE CAN I GET A PERSONAL SESSION WITH THE GUIDED INTUITIVE, MICHELLE?    

Go to www.TheGuidedIntuitive.com to schedule a session. If there are any date/time slots is open on her calendar, this means Michelle is available. If a date/time is not open, Michelle is not available. It’s that simple and only means Michelle is working on current business projects that are taking up much of her time at the moment.    

WHERE IS MY ORDER?  

Please note that shipping take 2-4 weeks as it relates to our stock and our suppliers. If you have not received your order, please check the tracking number provided to you, unless The Intuitive House has connected with you otherwise to update you on your package. As a new venture we are excited to grow with you and have you grow with us! 

Lastly, please be sure check your spam and similar folders to be sure you have not already received an email from us prior to your inquiry.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

If you are looking to return or exchange an item, please note that all returns are paid for by the customer and can be returned to the following address below. Please note any "personalzed items" are not avaialble for return or exchange.

If you would like us to email you a shipping label to print out for your return, it will not be prepaid as we do not charge tax on most of our orders and we offer low shipping rates upfront to be able to pass the price savings onto to you, out valued customers. If you would like a non-postage paid shipping label from us, we are happy to email you one upon your request to, TheIntuitiveHouse@gmail.com. Please note in the “Subject” of your email the following:

  1. Your order number/s
  2. Your first and last name

REFUNDS - Any refunds, granted the product/s is/are unused, and approved by The Intuitive House, will take approximately 5-7 days depending on your bank.
